iQOO 15T is the first T-series phone from iQOO and replaces the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 used in other iQOO 15 models with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 “Monster Edition.” The chip is a custom 9500 version with improved frame-rate stability enabled by iQOO’s in-house Q3 gaming chip. The phone supports up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. It features a 6.82-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, plus 4,500 nits peak local brightness. The front includes a 16MP camera and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. The rear has a 200MP main camera with a 1/1.56-inch sensor, f/1.88 aperture, and OIS, along with a 50MP ultrawide lens. Power comes from an 8,000mAh Si-C battery with 100W wired charging, no wireless charging, and IP68/IP69 protection. Software runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, with pricing starting at CNY 3,799 for 12GB/256GB and reaching CNY 5,699 for 16GB/1TB.
