The Infinix Hot 70 series is officially available in Bangladesh ahead of a global announcement on May 25. The lineup will come in 12 colors, including Thermo Orange with a color-shifting effect triggered by extreme cold and heat. The phone starts with a light orange shade and transitions to a more saturated orange hue after being placed in a freezer for 5–15 minutes. Applying a hairdryer to the back changes the exposed area to a lighter shade, enabling thermal pattern creation. Quiet Violet and Green Texture use gradient backs with feather-like wisp elements that refract light, plus Crystal Mood Island iridescent refraction around the camera island. Night Pulse, Silver Dancer, and Dive Blue do not include color-shifting. All models measure 7.49mm and weigh 195 grams, and every unit includes an Active Halo LED status bar for programmable notification, charging, and gaming effects.
"The Thermo Orange colorway, in particular, will feature a neat color-shifting trick up its sleeve, with the ability to change colors when exposed to extreme cold and heat. The phone will offer a light orange shade out of the box, which can transition to a more saturated orange hue when placed in a freezer for 5-15 minutes. On the opposite end, if you apply a hairdryer to the back, the phone will change the exposed area to a lighter shade ."
"This process will also allow for pattern creation through thermal response for a more personalized look. The Quiet Violet and Green Texture variants will bring a different approach with their gradient backs, offering a feather-like wisp elements which refract light. These two colorways are also outfitted with Infinix's Crystal Mood Island, which features iridescent light refraction properties around the camera island."
"The more subdued shades like Night Pulse (black), Silver Dancer, and Dive Blue will omit the color-shifting properties of their peers. Regardless of the colorway, all Hot 70 units will come in at 7.49mm and weigh 195 grams. All versions of the phone are also getting an Active Halo LED status bar below the cameras, offering programmable lighting effects for notifications, charging and gaming."
