Recently, a bug has been affecting some Google users, resulting in the right-side knowledge panel disappearing for certain business listings when searched. Not all users are impacted, and the issue occurs inconsistently. One user reports that the bug can be triggered by specific search actions, but not when searching directly for their business name. Google is reportedly aware of the issue and is working towards a fix, reassuring users that the functionality should return soon.
It's a bug and Google is aware about this. This shall be fixed in sometime and you will soon be able to see the profile in the right side like before.
I was able to trigger it when I searched for [my business] and then clicked on "view profile." But when I search directly for my business name, I do not see this bug.
