Galaxy S26 series will deliver improved on-device AI

The Exynos 2600 is the world's first 2nm mobile chipset and is expected to debut on the Galaxy S26 series in Q1 2026. The chip features a redesigned NPU that Samsung claims delivers a 113% improvement over the Exynos 2500, targeting stronger on-device AI performance. NotaAI will supply AI model-optimization technology for the Exynos 2600, enabling larger AI models to run directly on-device without Internet access. NotaAI's NetsPresso platform reduces model sizes while preserving accuracy and focuses on device-tailored optimizations. Samsung and NotaAI previously collaborated on Exynos 2400 and 2500 AI optimizations and co-developed the Exynos AI Studio toolchain.
