Amazfit Active Max leaks with large 576mAh battery
"The Max has a 576mAh battery, according to the leaked specs shared by Roland Quandt. Also, it has a 1.5" OLED display with 480 x 480px resolution. For comparison, the Amazfit Active 2 has a 1.32" 466 x 466px display and a relatively small 270mAh battery. Amazfit has models with even larger batteries, e.g. the recently released Balance 2 has a 658mAh battery, but that is a pricier model."
"The Max watch has a total of 4GB storage, though some of that will be reserved for the system. That will still leave room for MP3s to listen to on a run without your phone. To be clear, this isn't a Wear OS smartwatch, but it runs a proprietary platform called Zepp OS. The Max is reportedly equipped with GPS, Bluetooth 5.3 and NFC connectivity and is rated for 50m water resistance."
Amazfit Active Max pairs the Active series' graduated bezel with a larger 1.5-inch 480 x 480px OLED and a 576mAh battery. The watch includes 4GB of onboard storage, leaving space for MP3s after system reservations. The device runs Zepp OS rather than Wear OS. Reported connectivity features include GPS, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC, and the watch is rated for 50m water resistance. The Max will support official Hyrox workout modes. Expected launch pricing is €170, positioning it between the Active 2 and pricier Balance 2 and T-Rex 3 Pro models.
