You'll never amount to anything': the boxing world champion you've never heard of
Briefly

Diana Prazak, an Australian expatriate and world champion boxer, has had a remarkable career yet feels her accomplishments lack recognition back home. Despite being the first Australian to achieve a top ranking in women's boxing in 2014, she notes a lack of media coverage and support for women's sports in Australia. Now retired, Prazak observes younger female boxers gaining visibility that she never had. Recently inducted into the International Women's Boxing Hall of Fame, her career is finally being celebrated, albeit belatedly, highlighting both her achievements and the challenges faced by women in sports.
