Izagakhmaev produced occasional takedowns and brief top control, yet Dalby scrambled up quickly and used the fence to neutralize attacks. Dalby's pressure and control in the clinch increased as the fight progressed, while Izagakhmaev struggled to generate sustained offense. The contest concluded with Dalby earning a split-decision victory.
