"The Professional Fighters League has announced the top two fights for its upcoming PFL Chicago card. Bantamweight action will serve as the night's main event, with Sergio Pettis (25-7) taking on undefeated prospect Mitch McKee (10-0) at the Wintrust Arena on April 11, 2026. The co-main event finds American Top Team middleweight Josh Silveira (15-5) facing off against Jordan Newman (8-0)."
"Pettis is ranked #1 in the organization's newly unveiled official rankings. McKee is not currently ranked. Pettis is a former Bellator MMA bantamweight champ and UFC fighter who is the younger brother of former UFC and WEC champ Anthony "Showtime" Pettis. The 32-year old has won back-to-back fights with victories over Raufeon Stots and Magomed Magomedov. A third consecutive victory would almost certainly set up a showdown with World Tournament winner Marcirley Alves, currently ranked fifth in the division."
PFL Chicago takes place April 11, 2026 at Wintrust Arena with a bantamweight main event and middleweight co-main. Sergio Pettis (25-7), ranked No. 1 in the PFL bantamweight rankings, will face undefeated prospect Mitch McKee (10-0) in the headliner. McKee will make his promotional debut after ten professional fights, mostly in LFA, and a one-off Bellator appearance. The co-main pairs American Top Team middleweight Josh Silveira (15-5), ranked No. 7 at 185lb, against Jordan Newman (8-0), ranked No. 4. Pettis arrives on a two-fight win streak and could earn a matchup with Marcirley Alves with another victory.
