PFL Africa Season 2 to begin in on April 10 in South Africa
"The second season of PFL Africa is set to kick off this spring. The PFL announced on Tuesday that the promotion will return to the continent for an event at the SunBet Arena in Pretoria, South Africa on April 10. The card will be headlined by a bantamweight showcase bout between inaugural PFL Africa bantamweight champion Nkosi Ndebele and Michele Clemente. In the co-main event, Justin Clarke will lock horns with Abdoulaye Kane at heavyweight."
"'PFL Africa reflects the ambition, energy, and identity of the continent,' said PFL Africa general manager Elias Schulze in a release. 'It's more than MMA - it's a fast-rising cultural platform built around Africa's elite athletes, delivering world-class entertainment that extends far beyond the cage. As we grow, we're uniting sport, culture, and fans across the continent.' Ndebele captured the PFL Africa Season 1 crown with a second-round stoppage of Boule Godogo on Dec. 20."
"Clarke reached the finals of PFL Africa last year, where he suffered a 21-second KO loss to Abraham Bably on Dec. 20. The South African had won his first four pro appearances by KO or TKO prior to that defeat. Senegal's Kane is coming off back-to-back stoppage wins under the PFL banner. He is 5-1 as a pro and has only gone past the first round twice in his career thus far."
PFL Africa Season 2 will take place April 10, 2026 at the SunBet Arena in Pretoria, South Africa. The main event pairs inaugural bantamweight champion Nkosi Ndebele against Michele Clemente, while the co-main features heavyweight bout Justin Clarke vs Abdoulaye Kane. Additional matchups and broadcast information will be announced soon. The promotion aims to serve as a cultural platform reflecting Africa's ambition, energy, and identity and to unite sport, culture, and fans. Ndebele won Season 1 by second-round stoppage of Boule Godogo and has five wins in his last six fights. Clemente is 7-1 with five finishes; Clarke and Kane bring notable knockout records and recent stoppage victories.
