"I am happy to let the fight play out completely organically, Aspinall said. Whatever comes available, I will take it, and I will try my best to get the finish."
"Everybody knows the strengths of Tom Aspinall, Gane said. But everybody knows my strengths, so we will see this Saturday who's going to manage to do well in this situation."
UFC returns to Abu Dhabi for a championship doubleheader at UFC 321 headlined by a heavyweight title fight between Tom Aspinall and Ciryl Gane. Aspinall was promoted to undisputed champion this summer after Jon Jones abruptly retired amid negotiations and after charges from a February car crash were eventually dropped. Aspinall says he feels no pressure and plans to let the fight play out organically while seeking a finish. Gane gets a third shot at the undisputed heavyweight title after losses to Jones and Francis Ngannou and promises a different, stronger showing. The coheadliner is a rematch between Virna Jandiroba and Mackenzie Dern for the strawweight title.
