Tsarukyan has become a regular on Hype FC cards, previously competing against Sharabutdin Magomedov and Muhammad Mokaev. Before facing Danis, Tsarukyan will compete in a rematch against Georgio Poullas at RAF 7 on March 28. Danis, known for altercations at combat sports events, recently won the Misfits MMA light heavyweight title by defeating Warren Spencer and will also compete at RAF 7 against Colby Covington before his Hype FC engagement.
