In connection with this operation, police say a second, unnamed individual also linked to Foxtrot was arrested."
A 21-year-old Swedish man connected to the Foxtrot criminal network was arrested in Iraq and is wanted on charges including instigated murder, instigated attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Extradition proceedings are underway after a coordinated Iraqi–Swedish investigation. Police say the suspect coordinated violence-as-a-service and recruited and exploited minors for serious acts of violence. The suspect is designated a high-value target linked to Europol's Operational Taskforce GRIMM. A second unnamed individual tied to Foxtrot was remanded in absentia by Gothenburg District Court on multiple charges including conspiracy to commit murder and involving a minor in crime. GRIMM began in April 2025 and involves investigators from multiple European countries; its first six months led to numerous arrests.
