"A man detonated a grenade at a train station in central Ukraine, police said, killing himself and at least three others. Twelve other people were injured in the incident. In a statement, Ukraine's national police said officers were checking passengers' documents on a railway platform in Ovruch, in the Zhytomyr region, when a 23-year-old detonated the explosive device. Police investigations were underway, a press officer for the regional police force told Ukrainian media."
