Zelenskyy will meet leaders of the UK, France and Germany in London and then travel to Brussels for talks with NATO and EU chiefs. US emissaries Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner met separately with Russian and Ukrainian teams last week. Kyiv described those meetings as constructive but difficult, and negotiations remain deadlocked despite White House pressure.
