The road was closed for technical examination and has since reopened."

Separately, a man in his 30s died in a single-vehicle crash at Inishammon, Smithboro at around 7:30pm; his body was transferred to Our Lady's Hospital, Navan for a post-mortem, the local coroner has been notified, and the road remains closed for forensic collision investigators.
