On Hallowe'en at around 8.15pm, gardaí were alerted to a fire at the IPAS (International Protection Accommodation Service) centre on George's Street in Drogheda. Several people had to be evacuated and a number of residents were taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital for medical assessment."
