The Government committed to removing scrambler bikes from public roads following the death of 16-year-old Grace Lynch. Grace Lynch was struck by a scrambler bike in Finglas on January 25. The measures aim to tighten regulation, strengthen enforcement and prevent further fatalities and incidents involving powered two-wheeled vehicles in public spaces.
