Many of these businesses lack insurance due to persistent flooding and will have to cover repair costs themselves amid a cost-of-living crisis, according to Sinn Féin TD Johnny Mythen. Both Enniscorthy bridges are closed and An Garda Síochána urges the public to stay well clear of the quays while authorities work to ensure public safety.
