Storm Bram and Met Éireann Status Orange and Yellow wind warnings have caused substantial damage to the electricity network and produced outages. ESB Networks crews and contractors have been working throughout the day to assess damage, secure the network and restore supply to large numbers of customers. Additional properties may lose power as the nationwide Status Yellow wind warning continues until 9pm. People who find fallen networks should not approach them and should call 1800 372 999.
