Mountain View police concluded a two-month investigation into postal theft at the Willow Park apartment community, resulting in the recovery of more than 1,500 stolen mail pieces. Two suspects, Terri Maciel, 47, and Ruben Maciel, 34, both from San Jose, were arrested. A search warrant executed on January 16 uncovered mail addressed to over 1,000 residences across Mountain View and surrounding municipalities. Additionally, investigators discovered tools and equipment used to manufacture fraudulent identification cards at the location.
