Keith Lee, an 18-year-old part-time mechanic, was granted bail when he appeared in Blanchardstown District Court on Tuesday. Gardaí allege that a scrambler rider drove his bike "at speed" through a red light at a pedestrian crossing when he crashed into Grace Lynch and fatally injured her. Lee was caught "red-handed" at the scene of the "unspeakable tragedy" in Finglas in north Dublin on Sunday, gardaí said. The collision occurred at a pedestrian crossing and resulted in the death of the pedestrian, identified as Grace Lynch. Gardaí attended the scene and proceeded to arrest the rider.
