Keith Lee, 18, a part-time mechanic, was granted bail after appearing in Blanchardstown District Court on Tuesday. A scrambler rider drove his bike at speed through a red light at a pedestrian crossing and crashed into Grace Lynch, fatally injuring her. Lee was caught red-handed at the scene of the unspeakable tragedy in Finglas on Sunday. The collision resulted in a fatality and led to Lee's arrest and subsequent bail proceedings.
