Karlton Gray has been promoted to director, channels for the UK & Ireland after more than ten years in senior positions at Schneider Electric. He will drive collaboration and sustainability across the region's channel ecosystem, including EcoXpert partners, IT channel partners, OT, ET, and mid-market channels. He will work closely with segment business units across education, healthcare, life sciences, and automotive. The role aims to strengthen alignment across the channel ecosystem and boost partner collaboration to capture opportunities in AI infrastructure, data centers, critical power systems, IT modernization services, and energy efficiency projects. Demand for modernization and energy-efficiency upgrades is rising due to AI infrastructure and data-center needs.
