This week has seen more than 1,300 attack drones, around 1,050 guided aerial bombs and 29 missiles in total, increasing demand for missiles for air defense systems. Major cities, including Kyiv, experienced blackouts and heating disruptions as attacks targeted an already weakened power grid amid temperatures near −16°C. Electricity imports were accelerated and additional power equipment procured. Over 200,000 homes in occupied southern Ukraine lost power after an attack cut supply to 386 localities.
