Flutter shifted its primary listing to the United States last year while retaining a London listing and delisting from Dublin. Ken Dart, aged 70, is known as a 'vulture investor' who built a Cayman property empire, invested across sovereign debt and big tobacco, and amassed an estimated $12bn fortune. He renounced US citizenship in 1994, gained Belize citizenship, and used Cayman-based Dart Enterprises to invest roughly $1.5bn in mixed-use, residential, commercial, recreational, educational and hospitality projects over 25 years.
