Stephen McCahill, a married father of two, died after an assault at his home on the outskirts of Ardara in the early hours of Monday. Police say a suspect may have fled the scene on a quad bike. A man known to the victim was arrested at a nearby property. A man in his 30s has been charged in connection with the death and is due to appear this afternoon before a special sitting of Letterkenny District Court in County Donegal.
