"The NATO military alliance will continue working with Denmark and Greenland on important issues such as collective security in the Arctic region, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said on Monday. His statements followed a meeting with the Denmak's defence minister and Greenland's foreign affairs minister."

Germany vowed not to be blackmailed into ceding control of Greenland and sought a clear, coordinated reply. EU options include punitive tariffs on roughly $108 billion of US imports and activation of an Anti-Coercion Instrument.
