Italy's Supreme Court of Cassation approved the transfer after an earlier block over a German arrest warrant. Kuznietsov denies involvement and has contested transfer since his August detention in Rimini on a European arrest warrant. His lawyer Nicola Canestrini said he will be surrendered within days and expressed confidence in acquittal after a full German trial.
