Gardaí have been unable to speak to a 10-year-old girl who was allegedly sexually assaulted in west Dublin last month due to medical advice. The alleged victim has not been interviewed because of that medical guidance. The accused is a 26-year-old man who cannot be identified because of the nature of the charge.
