GoldenHorn, an annual furry convention organised by SloFurs, took place in Slovenia between 14 and 15 November. On 14 November firecrackers were thrown toward party houses where attendees were staying; the perpetrators were not guests at the resort. On 15 November a similar group was spotted, resort staff and police were notified, and one person was arrested. Some attendees were later attacked in their party rooms and sprayed with a fire extinguisher; immediate medical attention was provided and reported injuries were treated. An attendee reported being "scared and in shock" but urged the community not to be intimidated. A new venue has been secured for 2025.
