Met Éireann issued three separate Status Yellow warnings covering rain, wind and snow across multiple counties in the southeast and beyond. Strong winds are warned for Dublin, Wexford, Wicklow, Meath and Louth from 11pm Tuesday to 1pm Wednesday, with risks of wave overtopping, fallen trees and debris. Heavy rain warnings run from 11pm Tuesday to 11pm Wednesday in numerous counties, with flooding, poor visibility and difficult travel possible. A rain-and-snow warning for Donegal is in place from 2am to 2pm Wednesday with heavy rain turning to sleet or snow. Overnight temperatures are expected to climb above freezing.
