Police called in officers from neighboring agencies to disperse the crowd, and businesses closed early due to safety concerns in light of the incidents.
Brentwood police confirmed that four juveniles were arrested for misdemeanor violations and a fifth for battery on a peace officer. All five were cited and released to their parents.
