"The incident in question caused delays to services operating between Blackhorse and Heuston Station. TFI confirmed that services will operate between Heuston - Connolly, and Blackhorse - Tallaght Saggart only. There have also been reports of delays on the south inner city with delays to Luas and bus journeys due to a protest in the area."
