TFI confirmed that services will operate between Heuston - Connolly, and Blackhorse - Tallaght Saggart only. There have also been reports of delays on the south inner city with delays to Luas and bus journeys due to a protest in the area."
Red Line Luas services are operating with delays following an earlier incident at St James's. Passengers are asked to allow additional travel time while services are regulated.
