Dublin Airport - 48 hours to make it home for Christmas
""It's the first time I'm meeting my Godson, baby Thomas - also, we got engaged over the summer so I'm bringing my fiancée back to meet all of the fam [family],""
""We're here collecting my parents-in-law and Moira's grandparents, who live in France,""
Terminal 2 at Dublin Airport welcomed returning expats with live Christmas classics by Irish band Keywest, elves, Santa, themed photo-stands, and free face painting. Flights arrived from across the world and families reunited amid festive celebrations. Richard Quann-Dowling arrived from Berlin with his fiancée Cissy Oliveria to meet his godson Thomas for the first time and was embraced by his sister Sinéad and her partner Thomas Murray. Grandparents of Moira Martin flew in from Paris and were greeted by Fiachra Martin and his daughter. The Keenan family met Daniel Keenan and partner Natalie Foy from San Francisco, while relatives welcomed Ryan Kelly home from Perth after 14 years.
