The absence of reliable verification and indemnity protections leaves staff exposed and pressured to proceed with tests in unsafe circumstances. Fórsa seeks guaranteed indemnity arrangements and access to the National Insurance Database. Every vehicle presented for a driving test must be properly insured and fit for the road.
