Danish security authorities reported unidentified drones over the country's biggest military base overnight. Police and the armed forces said one to two drones were observed around 8:15 pm and the incident lasted for several hours. The sightings were reported over Karup air base in western Denmark, which shares runways with Midtjylland civilian airport. Midtjylland was briefly closed with little impact because no commercial flights were scheduled. Police are cooperating with the military and could not say where the drones came from. Authorities did not shoot down the drones. The sightings follow earlier incursions described by the prime minister as "hybrid attacks."
