New Museum Los Gatos received over 600 submissions from 53 high schools for ArtNow 2026, with students interpreting the theme 'Before/Between/Beyond' through their artwork. Four Cupertino students were selected: Zac Vaughn and Becky Yang from Cupertino High School, and Billy Liu and Kai Liu from Monta Vista High School. The exhibition features 97 artists representing 36 high schools, marking the largest number of artists ever to exhibit. The show runs March 27 through July 19 at NUMU in Los Gatos Civic Center. An awards ceremony is scheduled for May 2 from 3-6 p.m. Additionally, the Cupertino Symphonic Band hosts a free Children's Concert on March 22 at 3 p.m., featuring popular film scores and welcoming all ages.
