A three-year-old child was allegedly run over by a car at the Dublin Zoo carpark in the Phoenix Park in August 2023. The child's mother, Amela Kacar, brought a damages claim on his behalf. The child is now five-year-old Noah Fox and the family address is Canal View Terrace, Station Road, Hansfield Station Quarter, Dublin 15. The defendant motorist was identified as Laura Collins of Coronea, Skibbereen. The claim was heard by Judge Fiona O'Sullivan in the Circuit Civil Court. Kacar told the court that her son's left leg had been run over during the zoo visit. The damages claim was dismissed and the claimant lost the case.
