British Council building in Kyiv 'destroyed' by 'a Russian missile' - London Business News | Londonlovesbusiness.com
Briefly

A prolonged nine-hour, nine-minute ballistic cruise missile and drone attack struck Kyiv and other regions, severely damaging the British Council building. A guard was injured and the Kyiv office will remain closed to the public while operations continue with partners. The strikes also hit critical infrastructure in Vinnytsia region, cutting power for about 60,000 people and damaging or destroying nearly 100 buildings. The British Prime Minister condemned the strikes, accused Vladimir Putin of killing civilians and sabotaging peace, and called for the bloodshed to end. Russia stated that all designated military and industrial targets were hit.
My thoughts are with all those affected by the senseless Russian strikes on Kyiv which have damaged the British Council building.
Putin is killing children and civilians, and sabotaging hopes of peace. This bloodshed must end.
While there may be some delays in our responses, our work with our Ukrainian partners in education and culture continues.
