Dwyane Wade recently held a press conference to promote an auction benefiting his non-profit, Social Change Fund United, as the Miami Heat prepares for the NBA play-in tournament. Currently in 10th place in the Eastern Conference, the Heat must secure victories in two consecutive road games to reach the playoffs. Wade, who enjoyed a celebrated career with the team, also announced a collaboration with RealTruck to auction a unique 'Champions Edition' Ford truck, with proceeds supporting underrepresented communities through the Social Change Fund.
"One thing in the Social Change Fund with Melo, CP and myself, we look for opportunities throughout the year for partnerships to be able to get behind the fund that we have in social change."
"In order to make the playoffs for the sixth straight season, the Eastern Conference's 10th-place Heat will need to win two straight road games in the play-in tournament this week."
