The Cleveland Browns released 31-year-old offensive tackle Jack Conklin after six seasons with the team. Conklin made 57 of his 114 career starts in Cleveland but struggled with injuries throughout his tenure, missing 44 of 101 possible games, including 30 since the 2023 season began. He missed nine games in the 2025 season, including the final two, after sustaining concussions. Originally drafted by Tennessee in 2016, Conklin joined Cleveland as a free agent in 2020 and signed a four-year, $60 million extension in 2022. The Browns are restructuring their offensive line, including acquiring offensive tackle Tytus Howard from Houston. The team is also parting ways with offensive lineman Wyatt Teller and tight end David Njoku.
