Miami (Ohio) beats Toledo to extend 30-game winning streak

Miami (Ohio) remained undefeated with a 74-72 victory over Toledo, extending their winning streak to 30 games and securing the MAC regular season title for the first time since 2004-05. Peter Suder led the RedHawks with 19 points, while Antwone Woolfolk added 14. Miami maintained an early double-digit lead throughout the game, though Toledo mounted several comeback attempts, cutting the deficit to one point on four occasions. The RedHawks' home winning streak reached 31 games before a sellout crowd of 10,640. Miami remains the only undefeated Division I men's basketball team and joins an elite group of only four teams to start 30-0 in the last 35 years.
