McKenzie Morgan, 18, was sentenced to 14 months' detention for possession of information likely to be useful to a terrorist. He admitted possessing the 'Al Qaeda Training Manual', the same document used by Axel Rudakubana in a deadly 2024 Merseyside attack. Morgan told friends he planned to target the Oasis concert at Cardiff's Principality Stadium and had notes about a local dance school and playground. Snapchat messages showed praise for Rudakubana and attempts to make ricin. He told a psychiatric nurse he intended a Rudakubana-style attack, had researched bombs, poison and stabbing techniques, and was arrested with the manual on his phone.
