Kandi Krush, a professional wrestler and youth coach, emphasizes empowering young athletes instead of using coercion. Drawing from her own experiences of abusive coaching, she is dedicated to ensuring that athletes feel valued and supported. Her diverse background in synchronized swimming and boxing, coupled with her recent success in Women Of Wrestling, illustrates her resilience and commitment. Krush prioritizes the mental and emotional well-being of her athletes, aiming to inspire and cultivate their dreams in a positive environment.
"I made a vow to do that (empowering athletes) as a result of abusive coaching I experienced," explained Krush. "Now that I coach, I take it on as this huge responsibility, because athletes-especially young athletes-are so impressionable. You're holding somebody's heart, dreams, and their psyche in your hands."
Empowering people is the more effective approach for coaches, parents, teachers, and anyone working with young people.
Despite her age and brief time with Women Of Wrestling, she has achieved remarkable success. Krush is currently ranked in the upper third of the WOW's top tier, winning a first-ever WOW World Trio Tag Team championship.
"I plan on having every other belt around my waist-the tag team and the singles," Kandi Krush confidently states about her ambitions in the wrestling world.
