A man has been charged with multiple offenses after allegedly stealing an ambulance from Royal Stoke University Hospital while a patient and a paramedic were inside. Staffordshire Police responded to the incident at approximately 8.15pm on Wednesday. Fortunately, none of the individuals in the back of the vehicle were injured.
