A man has been charged with multiple offenses after allegedly stealing an ambulance from Royal Stoke University Hospital while a patient and a paramedic were inside. Staffordshire Police responded to the incident at approximately 8.15pm on Wednesday. Fortunately, none of the individuals in the back of the vehicle were injured. The suspect, Marshall Leese, 31, faces charges including kidnap, theft of a motor vehicle, and driving without a license or insurance. He is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
