A figure duplication error caused the DLB Case 1 image in Extended Data Fig. 7 to be identical to the MSA Case 1 cerebellum image in Extended Data Fig. 1. Extended Data Fig. 7 has been amended to include the correct DLB Case 1 image. The corrected figure now appears in both HTML and PDF versions. The replacement restores accurate, case-specific visual data and prevents confusion that could arise from presenting the MSA cerebellum image in place of DLB Case 1. The update maintains integrity of the published images.
