"In the version of the article initially published, in Extended Data Fig. 5d, the DSS+ ICB + Etanercept flow cytometry panel was a duplicate of the DSS + ICB + anti-TNF plot due to a mistake in figure preparation. The correct flow cytometry panel is now in the amended version of the Extended Data Fig. 5, included below as Fig. 1. This notice serves to correct the error."
Extended Data Fig. 5d contained a duplicated flow cytometry panel: the DSS+ ICB + Etanercept panel duplicated the DSS + ICB + anti-TNF plot because of a figure preparation mistake. The correct DSS+ ICB + Etanercept flow cytometry panel has been inserted into an amended Extended Data Fig. 5 and is provided below as Fig. 1. The correction restores the distinct visual data needed to compare Etanercept and anti-TNF interventions in DSS-treated, immune checkpoint blockade conditions. The replacement ensures accurate representation of those experimental outcomes and serves as the formal correction of the figure error. No other figures are indicated as affected.
