SPNI restructured its leadership after an operational review and a period of executive change to bring Mumbai-based television channels closer to Sony LIV. Nachiket Pantvaidya will lead Sony Entertainment Television, Sony Marathi, and movie production. Ajay Bhalwankar will oversee Sony SAB, the movies cluster, free-to-air channels and Infotainment channels. Rajaraman Sundaram will lead regional expansion into South India. A new head for the digital business will be appointed while Gaurav Banerjee will interim-head SonyLIV following Danish Khan's exit. Several sales, distribution and syndication leaders were promoted and will report to new Chief Revenue Officer Rajesh Kaul.
