"The ABA Journal took home an honorable mention as the Magazine of the Year, and its staff won five other awards Thursday in a national contest hosted by the American Society of Business Publication Editors."

ABA Journal earned an honorable mention as Magazine of the Year in a category for publications with 11 or fewer issues per year. The recognition came from the Azbee Awards of Excellence, a national contest hosted by the American Society of Business Publication Editors. The Journal staff also received awards across several categories, including a National Gold Award for a print regular department entry titled “Business of Law.” Additional honors included a National Silver Award for an all-content feature article titled “A Mother's Trial,” and National Bronze Awards for an online video about Bill Kurtis and an all-content feature article about AI translating animal sounds for court use. The Journal also won a National Bronze Award for print single topic coverage titled “Generative AI and the Legal Industry,” and a National Finalist spot for best body of work by Anna Stolley Persky.
