Google is testing a Local Services Ads capability called message fan out that lets users message multiple businesses with a single action. Variations of the message button are appearing with call-to-action copy such as "Get competitive quotes" and "Request multiple opinions." Screenshots of the different button labels and workflows have been shared on X by observers including Len Raleigh. The workflow can expand to reveal four businesses in the fan-out list, allowing users to view and contact multiple providers. The tests appear aimed at evaluating alternate messaging language and user engagement with multi-business contact.
